Pathology services will be provided only if a specimen is collected at the time of your procedure for laboratory analysis. It is expected that deductibles, co-payments, and other amounts not covered by insurance will be paid immediately upon receipt of your statement from the laboratory. If you have questions at any time, let us know.
Questions About Your Bill
After your pathology diagnosis is completed, a statement will be mailed to you should you have a balance. Payment is due upon receipt and may be made by personal check or credit card via mail or phone.
